Levamo offers two ways to reach the support team from your dashboard: live chat and support tickets. Both are accessible through the same entry point, and the right choice depends on the nature of your issue.
Chat is suited for urgent issues that need fast, real-time troubleshooting. Tickets are better for complex or multi-step issues where a more thorough investigation is needed. Both channels are staffed by the Levamo support team, available 24/7.

Live chat
Live chat is the fastest way to reach the support team and is best used for urgent technical issues that need immediate attention. Both methods below connect you to the same live chat.
Via the support button
Step 1: Open the support messenger
Click the support icon in the lower-right corner of the dashboard. A messenger sidebar will open.
Step 2: Start a conversation
Click Send us a message. This will connect you to a live chat with the support team.
Via the Get help button
Step 1: Locate the Get help button
Click Get help in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2: Start a conversation
A live chat will open immediately, connecting you with the support team.
Support tickets
Tickets are best suited for non-urgent issues that require more in-depth troubleshooting or involve multiple steps. Response times are longer than live chat, but the support team is available to work on tickets 24/7. For details on ticket response time SLAs, see Levamo support plans.
Step 1: Open the support messenger
Click the support icon in the lower-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Create a ticket
Scroll down within the messenger and click Create a ticket.
Step 3: Complete the ticket form
Fill in the following fields:
Get notified by email: Confirm or update the email address where ticket updates and replies will be sent
Title: A short description of your issue
Description: A full explanation of what you are experiencing
Attachments: Optional. You can attach up to 10 files to provide additional context
Step 4: Submit your ticket
Click Create ticket. The support team will follow up by email.
You can contact support by sending an email to [email protected] from your account's registered email address. This will automatically create a support ticket and connect you with the team.
Note:
Sending from an email address not associated with your Levamo account may delay the team's ability to locate your account and assist you.
