Your Levamo Account ID is a unique identifier for the dashboard user associated with your email address. Our support team can usually handle requests with just your email, but for some account-level issues, they'll need your Account ID.

In this article, you will find where to locate your Levamo Account ID in the dashboard.

1) Log in to the Levamo dashboard, then click the user icon on the top-right of the dashboard.

2) Select Edit Account.

3) Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Account area to find your Levamo Account ID.
