What is AI Management?
AI Management lets you manage your WordPress site through a conversation with the AI tools you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients. Instead of logging into wp-admin for routine work, you can ask your AI assistant to do it for you.
With AI Management connected, your AI assistant can:
Publish content — draft and update posts and pages
Maintain your site — check on plugins, themes, and overall site health
Edit themes & plugins — make changes without you touching the code directly
AI Management is powered by WPVibe, a WordPress-focused AI connection service.
Levamo handles the setup on your behalf, so getting connected takes a couple of clicks rather than a manual integration.
Every site starts out on WPVibe's free plan — it includes the full toolset and a daily allowance of AI actions, so there's nothing to buy just to try it out. If your team needs more daily usage, you can upgrade to a paid WPVibe plan for a higher allowance at any time from your WPVibe account.
How it works
When you connect a site to AI Management, Levamo automatically:
Creates (or links) a WPVibe account tied to your email
Generates the credentials your AI assistant needs to manage the site, and shares them securely with WPVibe — you never have to create or copy a password yourself
Attaches your site to that account so it's ready to use as soon as you sign in
If you already have a WPVibe account: the site is added as a pending connection. You'll be asked to confirm attaching it the next time you sign in to WPVibe, rather than having it appear unannounced.
Connecting a site uses a Platform API key — a credential tied to your own Levamo account that identifies you when linking a site to AI Management. Each team member connects with their own key, which keeps everyone's access separate and individually manageable (more on this below). Platform API keys live under Account Settings → API Keys, where you can create, rotate, or revoke them — a dedicated article on managing API keys is coming soon.
The one step Levamo can't do for you is authorizing your AI client. Granting Claude, ChatGPT, or another tool access to your site happens directly between that tool and WPVibe — it's you giving your AI consent to act on your behalf, so it isn't something a host can complete for you.

Connect a site
Log in to your Levamo dashboard and open the Sites tab.
Select Manage on the site you want to connect.
Open the AI Management tab.
Under Connect this site, select your Platform API key from the dropdown — or select Create new key if you don't have one yet.
Select Connect. Levamo verifies the site with WPVibe and installs the connector for you, so there's nothing to set up inside WordPress.
On the Instructions tab, follow the three steps to connect your AI client: copy your site's connection URL, add it to your assistant, and sign in.
Tip: the Instructions tab also gives you a ready-made first prompt. It's pre-filled with your site's address and asks your assistant to look around read-only and report back with what it found and a safe first action — it won't change anything on your site until you ask it to.
Your WPVibe account
Levamo creates your WPVibe account automatically using the same email address you sign in to Levamo with. You can sign in directly at mcp.wpvibe.ai/account with that same email and a one-time code — no separate password or signup needed.
From your WPVibe account, you can:
See a live view of your daily usage
Upgrade to a paid plan for a higher daily allowance
Manage the AI clients connected to your account
This is separate from your Levamo Platform API key. The Platform API key controls the connection between Levamo and WPVibe and is managed in your Levamo account settings — your WPVibe account is where you manage usage and billing once you're connected.
Managing access across your team
More than one team member can connect the same site to AI Management. Each person connects with their own Platform API key and their own WPVibe account, so access can be managed individually rather than shared.
The AI Management tab always shows your own connection status. If teammates are connected too, you'll see a note that other team members are also connected.

This means one person leaving never breaks the connection for the rest of the team.
If a connection needs attention
The most common reason a connection needs attention is a site restore, migration, or clone from another host — the process can leave AI Management behind even though Levamo still shows the site as connected.
Levamo checks on connected sites automatically, roughly once a day. If it finds AI Management missing, it reinstalls it using the credentials it already has — no reconnecting or manual steps required on your part.
If you don't want to wait for the automatic check, you have two options directly in the AI Management tab:
Re-check connection — checks the live site right now and updates the status
Repair connection — appears when a connection needs attention, and reinstalls AI Management immediately
Repair connection reinstalls AI Management using your existing credentials — you won't need to reconnect your AI client or generate a new Platform API key.
Disconnecting AI Management
You can disconnect a site from your own account at any time from the AI Management tab. This removes only your access — see the table above for what happens to teammates who are still connected.
